Welcome to our community! We offer Health and Wellness for all ages, activity levels and body types. We have moved to 57 Westview Drive Ringgold so that we can offer YOU more personalized services. Our instructors and coaches are all certified, well trained, and experienced. The services we offer include: Yoga, Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Private Yoga Instruction, Health and Wellness Coaching, and Venue Rental. Fall 2 session: 10-13-12 to 11-22-25
Holiday session: 12-1-25 to 12-20-25
Winter 1 session: 1-4-25 to 2-14-25
Pricing varies:
1 year unlimited: $60 per month
6 week unlimted $65 per 6 week
5 class pass: $70*
Holiday session: $40 (3 weeks unlimited)
*not unlimited-does not expire
