2. Be sure you have a good signal and are not on the phone.
3. Click on the persons head in the top right corner to start your log-in credentials.
4. Your website email and password must be the same as the AP password and email.
Welcome to our community! We offer Health and Wellness for all ages, activity levels and body types. Our instructors and coaches are all certified, well trained, and experienced. The services we offer include: Yoga, Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Private Yoga Instruction, Health and Wellness Coaching, and Venue Rental.
