OUR MAT PILATES PROGRAM
A muscle endurance based class that focuses on arms, legs, glutes and core. This class endeavors to sculpt long and lean muscles! Movements use props such as the bender ball, yoga ball, bands, small weights and gliders. Inspired by yoga. Full body workout. Some movements are standing and some on the floor. Come enjoy getting HEALTHY! Have fun!
