We offer an expansive grouping of "movement" classes.  We want all of our particiapnts to have a well rounded program of movement for health and wellness.  Take a look at our schedule below.  Class descriptions are under our class schedule.

5:30 Yoga and Step

7:00 Yin Yoga all levels 

 

THURSDAY 

9:00 Yoga Pilates* 

5:30 Power yoga no heat  (vinyasa)

6:15 Pilates with the Yoga Ball

7:00 Yoga For Back Health* 

 

FRIDAY 

9:00 All Levels Flow yoga (vinyasa)

 

SATURDAY

8:00 Yoga for Sports Recovery

8:30-9:30  all Levels yoga Flow
