ABOUT OUR GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM

We offer an expansive grouping of "movement" classes.  We want all of our particiapnts to have a well rounded program of movement for health and wellness.  Take a look at our schedule below.  Class descriptions are under our class schedule.

MONDAY

7:00 PowerYoga Heated^ (vinyasa)

 

TUESDAY

9:00 Gentle yoga* (yin)

5:30 Yoga All levels yin to restorative 

7:00 Intro To Yoga-Foundations*** 

 

WEDNESDAY 

5:30 Yoga and Step

6:15 Weights 

 

THURSDAY 

9:00 Yoga Pilates* 

5:30 Power yoga  mild heat 77  (vinyasa)

6:15 Pilates with the Yoga Ball

7:00 Yoga For Back Health* 

 

SATURDAY

8:00-8:30 Yoga for Fitness Recovery (stretching)**

8:30-9:30  all Levels yoga Flow

Please attend TUESDAY 7 pm
