Vinyasa means "breath synchronized" and this practice moves the student through asanas movements that are smooth and flowing. Almost dance like in nature. This class is for multiple level practitioners and is HEATED to 77 degrees. Power yoga options are given to advanced practitioners in that they can "find their edge"
