Service Description

This class follows the style of an interval class. A large focus is on sculpting and strength work. The large muscle groups of chest, shoulders, abs, triceps, thighs and biceps are a big focus. Cardio intervals are integrated between the muscle groups. This style of class is highly recommended in the literature for body confirmation and weight loss.
