Service Description

The focus of this class is a connection of breath to movement as you work your way through a slow. The heat of the candles aids in lengthening and relaxation in an otherwise unheated class. The candles provide a soothing focus to melt away the stress of the day. Great for those just starting out. The poses/asana are helf for 3-10 min As always, the use of props is encouraged and demonstrated. All levels are welcome.
