WHAT: Providing In class assists PART 2
DESCRIPTION:
Hone your in class assist skills! This class will focus on 2 types of assists: comfort assists typically used during yin classes and savasana and alighment assists. The class will have a heavy focus on actual hands on! Come and obtain more comfort in assisting and learn additional skills!
