I absolutely love yoga and have been very surprised at how it has positively impacted my life. I began my fitness journey in 1988 and never ever thought I would do something like yoga. I have always enjoyed interval training, step aerobics, circuit training and other similar exercises. I had no plan of doing yoga until I was asked to sub a pilates class for a friend years ago. I went to her class in preparation to sub and I found that she was actually doing a combination yoga-pilates. It came as a total surprise, but I was hooked on yoga! I immediately registered and took a basic yoga teacher training course so I could start teaching it too.
