Join us for this fun class! Belly dancing is a low impact, weight bearing exercise  suitable for all fitness levels and ages. It features movements of the hips and torso. Perfect class for anyone just starting out as well as advanced exercisers.  It is FUN! Come get healthy and HAVE FUN!
